A few weeks ago I joined County Enterprises for a brief tour of their premises in Worcester. They’ve been investing in their facilities and wanted to show them off, both to their current customers and also to some prospective ones.
County Enterprises is a service within Worcestershire County Council providing supported employment for people with learning and physical disabilities. They offer packing and assembly services alongside a fully-fledged metal fabrication workshop.
I was only with them for an hour but I managed to catch up with the group in the on-site cafe. They manufacture high-quality stainless steel flue pipes and accessories which can be purchased either from stock or made to measure if you have a custom need.
Before visiting I didn’t know they were there, and was then genuinely surprised by both the scale of the operation and the level of engineering that they were able to offer. If you’re in need of a new flue or are interested in their other services you can check out their website here. Here are some of the pictures from the day.
